Factors Responsible for Rising Body Temperature

Fever is characterized by rise in body temperature. Body becomes heated. Touching surface a heat can be felt. This heat is channeled to the surface through blood vessels present beneath the skin. Though blood vessels keep carrying the heat always, but when excess heat is produced by them, the condition is called fever. For this reason skin turns hot during fever.

To measure the degree of heat a device is used called Thermometer. This body temperature measuring instrument can be kept under the tongue or under the armpit. If the reading shows temperature 98 degree Celsius, it means body temperature is maintained. However, if the reading goes above, it means a person is suffering from fever. Medical intervention is necessary in this case.

Fever is normal and severe both types. Normal fever stays for a while and goes away. It is not dangerous for the body. Sometimes simply also body temperature goes up, but nothing to be taken seriously. It keeps happening. However, if rise in body temperature becomes a usual thing, do not take it lightly. It is a sign of underlying health problem. As a rule, fever signifies infection in the body. To treat it on time is necessary to overcome the infection.

Unhygienic food is harmful to eat. Fever is the common outcome. Such foods develop harmful germs that on going into the body cause infections. The infection in the body further creates diseases and disorders. Starting out of diseases and disorders is characterized by fever only.

To be out in the sun for long time causes a change in body temperature. Though, body mechanism is made in a way that it knows how to maintain temperature. However, too much exposure to heat takes the temperature beyond normal. This leads to suffering from fever. Taking precaution against sun is necessary in order to maintain temperature and avoid possibilities of fever.

When hormonal imbalance takes place in the body, body temperature rises. Only a treatment for hormones change can relieve from fever. Other disorders also take place due to hormones changes, they also get treated. If in your case hormone change is the cause, take immediate treatment for it.

It may sound skeptical to you that lack of sleep can cause fever, but it’s true. When one fails to enjoy sound sleep, body heat rises. Suffering from sleep inadequacy for few days is okay and do not harm much. However, if continuously suffer from sleeplessness, then body temperature remains continuously high, which can be devastating for health.

Fever in the body is not good and should be treated soon. The recommended treatment for fever is to drink lots of water. Urination brings down the temperature and helps in maintaining body heat.
